Dr. Changsheng Ma is a Professor of Medicine and Chair of Faculty of Cardiovascular Disease at Capital Medical University, Beijing. He is currently Director of the National Clinical Research Center of Cardiology, Chief Scientist of Beijing Bureau of Science and Technology, Head of Department of Cardiology and Center of Atrial Fibrillation at Beijing Anzhen Hospital. Dr. Ma sits on numerous boards and societies and is currently President-elected of the Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physiciansand the Chinese Heart Rhythm Society; Vice-President of the Chinese Society of Cardiology and the Chinese Society of Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology. He is an executive member of the council of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Ma is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS). He is on the editorial board or a peer-reviewer of 30 journals including Journal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology, Europace, Journal of Interventional Cardiac Electrophysiology and Chinese Medical Journal.
