Biography

Louise is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Health Sciences Gibraltar. She is an expert nurse clinician and senior educationalist with over 30 years of experience in Nursing and Higher Education. She is a Registered Nurse Teacher with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Louise is almost at completion of her Professional Doctorate in Education (EdD) that explores graduate nurses’ early experiences of working as unqualified mentors.
