Keith has sound knowledge and expertise in both international standards and Canadian domestic standards development procedures and activities to the likes of ISO, IEC, CSA, and ULC. Furthermore, Keith has extensive experience in the administrative processes of consensus-based committees and has participated previously as a member on over 30 national and international electric advisory and technical committees. Keith served as a Director on the Board of A.P.P.L.E. (A Post Psychiatric Leisure Experience) during 2010 and through to June 2011 focused on enhancing the quality of life of those with mental health challenges, and assisting with the delivery of a community forum of mutual support and affordable recreational and cultural activities. Keith received his Bachelor degree in Health Sciences and a Concentration in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa in 2008.
