Meanwhile, he obtained Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in immunology from Chelsea College, London University, UK in August 1980. Prof Dr Giasuddin then continued postdoctoral fellowships under Prof Dr T Lehner BDS M D FRCPath at U M DS, London U niversity u ntil May 1"982. He has been in Teaching, Research and Diagnostic posts in various countries and Professor of Biochemistry and lmmunology for the last 20 years
