Jurgen Zentek is currently working as a Professor at Institute of Animal Nutrition, Free University of Berlin, Germany. He graduated from University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover, Germany in the year 1985 He has completed his DVM in the year 1987 from Veterinary Medicine Hannover, Germany followed by PhD in nutrition and dietetics in 1994 from the same university. Professor Zentek, is an internationally recognized animal nutritionist. His research expertise includes different areas of nutritional research, nutrition and intestinal microflora of the immune system, protein effects on the gut flora, clinical nutrition, and transgenic plants.
