Biography

Junzeng Xu, PhD, is Professor of State Key Laboratory of Hydrology-Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering, Hohai University. Dr. Junzeng Xu received his BS and Ph.D. degrees in Agricultural Water-Soil Engineering from the Hohai University, China in 1998 and 2007. Before he joined the faculty of the Colleague of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering at the Hohai University, he worked with the Colleague of Hydrology and Water Resources as a Postdoctoral Fellow (2007-2010).

Efficient irrigation and drainage management

Eco-environmental aspects of agricultural water management (i.e. non-point pollutions; greenhouse gases emissions; metals bio-availability)

Practice to improve crop water use efficiency by irrigation and agronomic measure
