He completed his  Ph.D, Applied Mathematics, Shandong University, Jinan, China (1999,9--2002,6); M. S., Applied Mathematics, Inner Mongolia University (1993,9--1996,6);B. S., Mathematics, Inner Mongolia University (1982,9--1986,6).
