Prof. Ivo Iavicoli obtained degree in Medicine and his specialty in Occupational Medicine (both cum laude) at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, Italy. He completed a Ph.D. in Occupational Medicine and Industrial Hygiene at the University of Milan. At present he is Associate Professor of Occupational Medicine at the Department of Public Health of the University of Naples ‘Federico II’. He is also Adjunct Professor at the School of Public Health and Health Sciences of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, U.S.A. He is the author of more than 250 publications in national and international journals.
