Gale M. Strasburg

Biography

Gale M. Strasburg is a Professor at Department of Food Science & Human Nutrition, Michigan State University, USA. He has completed his BS in 1974 from University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA followed by MS and PhD from the same university in 1976 and 1981 respectively. He has extended his valuable services as a Professor and has been a recipient of many awards and grants. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His area of expertise, as a Professor credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
