Biography

Mohamed Gabr is associated professor at Civil Engineering Department, Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology New Damietta, Ministry of Higher Education, Egypt. Mohamed does research in the civil engineering field (water quality, irrigation, and drainage, water resources management, hydraulic water structures, and environmental engineering). my current project is the 'North Sinai Development Project'. He worked as a researcher and a general manager in the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation in Egypt during the period from 1994 to 2016.
