Dr. Falco is the founder, CEO and a principal of MASPP. In 2011, he was named Top Doctor, “Best Pain Management Physician in America,” by two prestigious organizations, Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. and Becker’s ASC Review. Additionally, U.S. News & World Report ranked Dr. Falco among the top 1% (top 54 doctors in the nation) for pain management and he was the only pain doctor listed as one of 12 Delaware physicians from all specialties ranked in the top 1% nationwide.
He is an innovative pioneer and widely-recognized expert in treating chronic pain and spinal disorders. Dr. Falco is board certified in Pain Medicine, Interventional Pain Medicine, Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice, Sports Medicine, Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a Board Member and President of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Additionally, Dr. Falco is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Temple University Medical School and the Director of Temple University Hospital’s Pain Management Fellowship Program.
Aside from his practice, Dr. Falco serves as an expert witness in physical medicine and rehabilitation for the National Association of State Jury. Dr. Falco has authored countless medical articles and book chapters on spinal disorders, lectures nationally and internationally, contributes regularly to a health advice newspaper column, and hosts “Pain Talk,” a morning radio program in Delaware.
He is a part of Residency at Temple University Hospital. He did his fellowship: Southeastern Orthopedic Associations.
