Dr. Franceliusa Delys Oliveira is currently working at University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. His research interests are cytological and histological evaluation of cells and tissues. They are also serving as an honorary reviewer for Journal of Cytology & Histology  and authored several research articles such as "The Development of the Integumentary System in Dogs."
