Tan Ene Choo is Adjunct Associate Professor. His group works on uncovering the genetics of congenital disorders and clinically significant traits. Phenotypes of interest include congenital anomalies, developmental disorders, pain perception and neuropsychiatric disorders. Current projects include the detection of chromosomal aberrations which include deletions, duplications and rearrangements of gene regions; and the identification of mutations and polymorphisms which contribute to specific phenotypic presentations.
