Dr Daniel C.L. Régnier has received his PhD in the PARIS VI University during the period of 1979-1983. He was graduated MD in PARIS VII University in 1978. He belongs to the INSERM (French Institute for Medical Research) since 1984 and was a Fogarty fellow in NIH (NIAID) from 1986 to 1990.
