Ana Maria Canal graduated from the National University of Litoral, Argentina in the year 1980. She earned her Master’s degree of in 1997 from the Austral University of Chile, Chile and completed her doctorate at the Complutense University of Madrid in 2006. Until 2009 she was general head of Animal Health in the Ministry of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce (MAGIC) of the Province of Santa Fe. She is currently Associate Professor at School of Veterinary Sciences, National University of Litoral, Argentina.
