Biography

Aleksandar Kostic has received his MC degree in 2005 in the field of astrocitoma brain tumors. He has received his PhD at the Medical University in Nis, during the period of 2009 – 2011, in the field of cerebral trauma. Apart from everyday duties at the Clinic for Neurosurgery, as a specialist neurosurgent , he is involved in education and training of students as an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at the Medical University in Nis. He is an active member of Serbian national neurosurgical association. Dr Kostic has several publications in the fields of neurooncology, neurotrauma and neurovascular diseases.
