Biography

Abdul- Kader Souid is a Professor & Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at the United Arab Emirates University, Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. His major topics of research interest include Analytical biochemistry, investigating effects of drugs and toxins on cellular bioenergetics and mitochondrial function. Some his published works includes, “Inborn Errors of Metabolism in the United Arab Emirates: Disorders Detected by Newborn Screening (2011-2014)”, “Bioenergetics of the spinal cord in experimental autoimmune encephalitis of rats”
