Special Issue: Computational Phylogenetic Studies and Data Mining Approach

This Special Issue Entitled “Computational Phylogenetic Studies and Data Mining Approach” Focusses on the applications of computational algorithms and methods to phylogenetic analyses. It also focuses on Evolutionary relationships between homologous genes in the divergent species. The phylogenetic trees constructed by computational methods are unlikely to perfectly reproduce the evolutionary tree that represents the historical relationships between the species being analyzed.

Journal of Phylogenetics and Evolutionary Biology introduces a special issue on “Computational Phylogenetic Studies and Data Mining Approach”.
