Abstract :

Cancer immunotherapy offers great promise where biomarkers have been shown to predict therapy outcome in various types of cancer patients. The talk will describe the development and clinical application of circulating RNA and DNA based liquid biopsy tests to support precision clinical drug development in cancer immunotherapy and targeted therapy. Case studies will be presented for inhibitors of PD-1/PD-L1, PARP, AR in personalized cancer care and clinical drug development.
