It is notable that the free-running model test (FRMT) is considered as a dependable strategy to foresee transport mobility. Notwithstanding the FRMT, another ordinarily utilized technique is the framework based strategy [1]. It depends on virtual experiences by addressing the numerical model of boat moving movement, also, the fundamental essential for embracing this technique is laying out the numerical model. The broadly utilized numerical models incorporate the Abkowitz model and the MMG (Maneuvering Modeling Group) model.
