The International Journal of Web Services Research (IJWSR) is the first international peer-reviewed publication presenting the latest research results and industry solutions involving all aspects of Web service technology. This review covers the progress, standards and practices of web services, identifies emerging research topics, and defines the future of web services in grid computing, multimedia, and communication. IJWSR provides an open and formal publication of high quality articles developed by theorists, educators, developers, researchers and practitioners for those who wish to stay abreast of the challenges of web service technology.

With the rapid growth of computer networks, many people can access the network via the Internet and therefore electronic voting can be a viable alternative for the conduct of an election, the voting system is part of electronic government. The electronic voting system must try to achieve at least the same level of security as ordinary elections, electronic voting for a general election. The electronic voting system uses cryptographic techniques to overcome security concerns in the electoral process. This system allows people to participate in decision-making and gives an overview of the strategy and the technical aspect of the proposed electronic voting system. In addition, this document shows that the growth of the Internet and online voting seem to be a logical alternative to traditional elections. Great attention has been paid to the administrative part of an electronic voting system which supports the actors of the system in online administration. We believe that electronic voting in electronic administration can reduce human error in the voting process by providing an easy-to-use user interface.
