Myomas Innovations

Myomas are the benign tumors of uterus usually touching the female reproductive tract, exclusively in reproductive age group. They are often related with recurrent abortions, extreme blood loss during menstruation and dysmenorrhoea. Less frequently myomas are also accountable for primary infertility in small but significant proportion of patients, as pregnancies do happen after myomectomy in number of patients suffering from myomas especially submucous and intramural. Innovations are new idea, device or process. Innovations are the application of better solutions that meet new requirements, inarticulated needs or existing market needs. It is proficient through more effective products, processes, services, technologies, or new ideas that are readily available to markets, governments and society. Innovations are something original and novel, as a significant, new that “breaks into” the market or society.
