High impact journals are those that are considered very influential in their respective fields. The journal impact factor provides a quantitative evaluation tool for classifying, evaluating, sorting and comparing journals of a similar nature. It reflects the average number of citations of recent articles published in scientific and social journals in a given year or period, and is frequently used as an indirect indicator of the relative importance of a journal in its field . It was first designed by Eugene Garfield, the founder of the Institute for Scientific Information. The impact factor of a journal is assessed by dividing the number of citations from the current year to source articles published in that journal in the previous two years. The word gestation means the pregnancy from which the term gestational diabetes was born. It is one of the types of diabetes that occurs during pregnancy. By causing high blood sugar, it can affect both the mother and her baby. However, gestational diabetes can be cured and with the maintenance of an appropriate diet, a healthy lifestyle and good medication, this can be stopped to precede everything. A feeling of thirst, excess urine, fatigue, dry mouth, blurred vision are some of the symptoms. Since this type tends to affect two lives simultaneously, the diabetic mother should take good care of herself to prevent it in any way possible. It is also suggested to control the increase in BMI in these cases. Keeping simple control over daily activity can ward off diabetes.
