Drug addiction is a situation where a person feels a powerful need to have a drug. Addiction also involves other patterns which consist of finding it tough to control the demand to use the drug and feeling the use of the drug to be more essential than more normal things such as family or work. Drug Addiction Scholarly peer review is the process of applying an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper representing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, studied acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review needs a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
