Rajan Miglani did is bachelors in engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2010 and then Maters in Communication Engineering in 2012 with optical fibre communication as his specialisation. His doctoral (PhD) research was related to propagation of optically modulated signals through turbulent atmosphere, often known in simpler terms as free space optical communication. He has published more than two dozen national and international research papers in various listed journals. Apart from this, his research interests also include non linear fibre optics, optical amplification and optical networking, cryptography, WSN’s and channel modelling. He is currently associated with Lovely Professional University Punjab, India as Assistant Professor in school of Electronics and Electrical Engineering. He has also been awarded by the university as best teacher and then as young researcher in year 2014 and 2016 respectively.
