    Microorganisms (microbes, protozoa, diseases, etc.) in water are a crucial indicator of its security and quality. In water quality control labs, these bacteria are typically located using conventional and antiquated methods; however, the speed and accuracy of the results are generally constrained by these methods. The methods for examining water have significantly changed thanks to the application of subatomic science. However, the choice of the fixation convention taking the greatest rate of microbial recovery in a suspension into consideration continues to be a real test.
