						 Gastroparesis, a chronic disorder characterized by delayed gastric emptying, significantly impairs the quality of life of those affected. This article 
  explores the multifaceted impact of gastroparesis from the patients' perspectives, highlighting the physical, emotional, social and financial 
  challenges they face. Through a review of qualitative studies, patient interviews and recent surveys, we delve into the daily struggles of managing 
  symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain and the broader implications for mental health, social interactions and economic stability.
