Dr. Belyakov is graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, Post graduated student in I.V.Kurchatov Atomic Energy Institute. His Fields of activities are Theory of Fermi-liquid, in particular applied to the nuclear properties any many. His Honors are Grants of Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR), Soros Grants, INTAS Grants; Member of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Member of Russian Academy of Metrology, Member of Liquid Crystal Society of CIS (mem. Governing bd. 1982); Member of Interrnational Liquid Crystal Society, Avocation: skiing, cross-country skiing, Mountain climbing. He has many publications into his account. Belyakov worked at the Central State Institute of Physical Culture in Moscow ( 1951 ) , competed for Dynamo Moscow . Associated professor of Lomonosov Moscow State University ( Chair of physical education ) . Author of the books " Sportsmanship of Soviet gymnasts " and " Essays About Soviet gymnasts ."
