Laser Science and Technology Centre, Defence Research and Development Organisation, New Delhi, India Dr Ramesh C. Sharma received the Ph.D. degree in experimental laser spectroscopy from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India, in 1995. He is currently a Senior Scientist with the Laser Science and Technology Centre, Defence Research and Development Organisation, New Delhi, India.
