Ana Bento

Biography

Dr. Ana Bento has received her Master`s Degree in Medicine in University of Coimbra at 2001. She is working as a General Surgeon at the Department of Surgery B in the University Hospital of Coimbra. She has successfully completed his trainning in General Surgery at University Hospital of Coimbra and has received the title of General Surgeon on 2010. She has special interest in oncologic surgery and laparoscopic surgery. She is member of the Portuguese College of Surgery and Portuguese Society of Surgery. She is a invited assistant in surgery and she teaches surgical semiology since 2010, into medical school at the University Hospital of Coimbra. She is a reviewer of the journal the Brazilian Medical Association (RAMB) Elsevier and she has authored of some scientific papers. She has co-investigator in the multinational research program intituled LiverMetSurvey.
