The paper highlights the importance of leveraging available technologies and platforms to facilitate mentorship activities, such as video conferencing, online learning platforms, and virtual tumor boards. Drawing from experiences and best practices, the paper provides practical recommendations for successful remote mentoring in radiation oncology.
