Environmental Engineering

Environmental engineering is that the branch of engineering that's concerned with protecting people from the consequences of adverse environmental effects, like pollution, also as improving environmental quality. Environmental engineers work to enhance recycling, waste disposal, public health, and water and pollution control, consistent with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The practice of environmental engineering dates back to the dawn of civilization. Ever since groups of individuals began living in semi-permanent settlements, they need had to affect the challenges of providing clean water and removing solid waste and sewage. With the expansion of cities and therefore the advent of large-scale farming and manufacturing, people have also had to stress about air quality and soil contamination.
