About Mechanics of Influence of Infrasound on Living Organism

Petrenko Valeriy Mikhaylovich

Infrasound is an important factor of the environment of modern man, whose body is supposed to function mainly on the frequencies of infrasound in terms of mechanical processes. The biological effect of infrasound on the living organism is manifested by disorders in the activity of the nervous and cardiovascular systems, energy metabolism, the structure of cell membranes. The materials considered in the article testify to the fruitfulness of ideas about the important role of infrasonic processes in the organization of human and mammal life. The accumulation of data in favour of such ideas has a wide scientific, theoretical and practical significance: a living organism is a part of nature and cannot exist outside of nature and its diverse phenomena, the laws of physics and chemistry that describe them. They are based on all processes of life, how complex and bio specific they were not. Therefore, the question of the ratio of living and non-living, external and internal environments of the body, external and internal oscillatory processes in human life and other living organisms, the mechanics of the effect of infrasound on them. It should be noted that the living organism is able to actively change the processes taking place in it, including those caused by infrasound. I've tried to show this in the example of the organization of lymph flow.

Human-Body Impedance and Electric Shock

Norimitsu Ichikawa, Taishi Amano and Ryo Nakata

The electric current of an electric shock can often cause death. There have been a total of 7,626 fatalities by electrocution in Japan between 1959 and 2016. The average internal human-body impedance has been measured to be 1,000 Ω in 60 human cadavers (male and female) and 500 Ω in live bodies. By accepting the cost of replacing voltage-distribution cables with insulated cables, electrical safety levels can be significantly increased. When handling a live wire with a low voltage using cotton gloves, electric shocks can be milder than when using bare hands. Wearing fully covering insulative clothing can also reduce the likelihood of electrocution in the summer heat. These results will be useful to prevent electrocution accidents.

Spiralization in the Construction and Development of Bio-Systems

Petrenko Valeriy Mikhaylovich

Spiralization plays an important role in the construction of bio-systems at different levels of individual organization, starting with proteins and DNA. The development of bio-systems, including embryos, occurs through the unevenness their growth in different directions, which leads to their deformation, including the spiralization at different points of mobility of the bio-systems. The spiralization of the developing organ is accompanied by deformation of its mesentery and mesenteric vessels with the division of primary veins into secondary veins and primary lymphatic vessels. Damaging factors can determine the excessiveness of organ spiralization and its mesentery, such as, ischemia of the walls and death of epithelial cells. This promotes the germination of connective tissue through defects in the epithelium into the cavity of the organ with the formation of its congenital occlusion. Such a critical situation in the normal development of the organ is resolved by anlage of its lymphatic bed, facilitating the removal of blood containing the "fragments" of embryonic structures from the organ and preventing the occurrence of violations in its development.

Investigation of Effective UVA1 Peak Wavelength Range to Application on Phototherapy

Shunko A Inada

There are many different publications about mechanics of vital functions of different organisms, about molecular and structural bases of life organization. Their data allow to confirm, that hard direct connection is absent between genotype and phenotype. Today available knowledge about genic organization of individuals is very limited, contradictory and not always objective. Therefore it should be to appraise a role of gens in development of organization very carefully. I think, that nucleic acids are passive material of development of being, let very important, but only instrument for proteins, organizing life of this individual. Just proteins form cells, their organelles and micro-environment, intercellular contacts. It is impossible organization of tissues and organs without the latter and for these proteins makes use different substances, including nucleic acids. I consider as important principle, that tissue integrate systems ensure formation of cells of basic types, then organism integrate system determines moulding of form, moreover changings of just organism integrate systems are fundamental driving force of morphological evolution. Results of my investigations make it possible, that individual spatial organization is realized in process of inter-organic interactions, uneven growth of organs, and the rate of which usually are falling in accordance with maturing of tissues. Influence of environment on development of organisms and organs (epigenetic factor) plays key role in realization of genetic information.
