Biography

Victor Starov is Professor in Chemical Engineering at Department of Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University,UK.He has morethan 250 publications. He is a Co chairman of the All-Union Seminar "Physico chemical Hydrodynamics and Surfaces Phenomena from 1990-1992 and he is also a Guest Editor of a number of Special Issues of “Advances in Colloid and Interface Science”, “Colloid and Surfaces, A” and “Journal of Membrane Science".
