Dr.Mauri graduated in 2007 at University of Milan School of Medicine and achieved Board Certification in Radiology at the same university in 2012. In 2010 he had a 6 months fellowship in Interventional Radiology at St George’s Hospital, University of London, and in 2011 a 6 months Research fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School , Boston. He worked as a Consultant Radiologist at IRCCS Policlinico San Donato, San Donato Milanese, General Hospital of Busto Arsizio, and actually works as Interventional Radiologist at European Institute of Oncology in Milan. Dr. Mauri published 67 papers on peer-rewieved journals (H-index = 13), 32 as first/last author. He is coauthor of five book chapters. He presented more than 100 abstracts at national/international meetings. He has been invited reviewer and member of the editorial board of several peer-reviewed journals.
Interventional procedures (image guided biopsies and ablations) and ultrasound imaging, with a particular focus on thyroid disease.
