Biography

Prof/Dr. Eyad Mazin Mallah has received his PhD in Tuebingen University during the period of June-2009. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacognosy, Faculty of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences, University of Petra, Amman – Jordan. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Consultant in Jordan Center for Pharmaceutical Research (JCPR), Amman - Jordan. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like JSM clinical pharmaceutics Journal. He has authored in research articles. He is a member of quality assurance committee in Faculty of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences at University of Petra from March 2010 till now.

Research Interest

He has a specific interest in organic chemistry, particularly in the context of pharmaceutical products. My degree has provided me with a strong background in all areas of chemistry but he has developed a specific interest in organic and biological chemistry, reaction mechanisms, analytical chemistry and biological spectrometry. He is currently working on synthesis of some Barbituric acid and Imidazole derivatives and their application in pharmaceutical products. Moreover, I have a good experience in different instruments like NMR, X-ray, HPLC and ELISA.
