Biography

Professor Ahmad ORYAN was born in Iran in 1954, finished his high school in 1972 and finished his DVM studies from the Veterinary School, Shiraz University, Shiraz Iran in 1979. He started his PhD at Pathology Department, Medical School, Bristol University, United Kingdom in 1985 and finished his PhD in 1989. He started as an assistant Professor at Department of Pathology, School of Veterinary Medicine, Shiraz University, Shiraz Iran in 1989 and was promoted to Associate Professor in 1993 and to Professor in 1998. He has published about 285 scientific papers in high rank scientific journals and wrote five books in various disciplines of Veterinary Pathology. He supervised several DVM and PhD students and is still working in Department of Pathology, School of Veterinary Medicine, Shiraz University, Shiraz, Iran
